 To write a formal letter, you will need to follow the step given below with suitable examples -

1. Write your username and contact information like person name, email id, contact name, and address.

2. Entre your date to the desired location.

3. Here you can enter sender information.

4.  Now to write the subject below.

5. Then to write a salutation like dear sir or madam.

6. Further to write the content of your letter.

7. At last you enter your sign.
