1. Title Bar
Here title bar displays the name of your current document file on the left-hand side. I also contain minimize, maximize, restore down, and close buttons present on the right-hand side of the title bar. It is also used to manage the size and location of your current documents.
The following option of Title Bar explanation is given below:
A. Minimize Button: This button allows you to hide the current working window.
B. Maximize Button: This button allows you to convert a small window into a full-screen window of the current working window.
C. Restore Down Button: This button allows you to convert the full-screen window into a small size window the current working window.
D. Close Button: This button allows you to close the current working window.
2. Tool Bar
It is a third layer of the ms word that helps us to easy and fast way to provides facility to edit in our selected content. It also called as ribbon bar of ms word. By using the view menu option, ms word provides facility to control the tool bar facility like to show and hide the tool bar from their current location.
3. Ruler Bar
This ruler bar just present below the tool bar. It is two kind of ruler show in ms word, one is present on left hand side which is called as vertical ruler bar and other is present on the below the tool bar which is called as Horizontal Ruler bar. Vertical and Horizontal ruler are allow you to measure the length and width of character types in workspace.
4. Status Bar
This bar is present at the bottom of the ms word. It provides information related your cursor. it also count the word enter in your workspace. There are so many shortcut related to your workspace.
5. Menu Bar
Menu are those bar which control the graphic element of your selected text. When you click on desired menu then ribbon bar appear of selected menu.
A. Home Menu: This menu contain the Clipboard, Font, paragraph, style and editing options. This option allows you to make your text attractive and in proper manners.
B. Insert Menu: This menu contain the Page, Table, Illustration, Links, Header & Footer, text and Symbol. This option allows you to enter page no and dates, to create link which contain page in desired selected text, etc.
C. Page Layout: This menu contain Theme, page setup, page background and arrange option. This option allows you to arrange your desired selected work area or page according to your needs.
D. Reference Menu: This menu contain Table of content, Footer note, Citiation and Bibiliography, caption, index, table of authorization. This option allows you attractive table, create short note, etc.
E. Mailing Menu: This menu contain create, start mail merge, write and insert field, preview result and finish your mailing setup. This option allows you to create letter and send information to desired with multi user.
F. Review Menu: This menu contain proofing, comment, tracking, changes, compare and protect option. This menu allows you to translate your selected text into your desired text and also allows you to compare your duplicate document with original document. This option helps us to protect our documents from unwanted users.
G. View Menu: This menu contain document view, show and hide option, zoom, window and macros.
This menu allows you to show different kind of document present view, increase or decrease size of selected text, etc.
