How to save document in Ms Word

When you complete your document in Ms word files, it is time to save your document by avoiding losing work you have done on Word document files. There are the following steps to save your word file documents are given below -

Step1. Firstly to open file menu present in menu bar of Ms word.
Step2. Select your folder where you want to save your document files.
Step3. Finally to click on save button and your document files should be saved.

Another process to follow the step to save this document with same name -
A. Just press Ctrl Key + S key 
B. Click on File Menu then to click on Save Option
